It depends on the scope. A tub-to-shower conversion moves faster than a full gut with plumbing changes. We give you a schedule with the written quote so you know the timeline before we start.
Can we keep using the house during the work?
You can stay in the house. We set up dust barriers and clean the path to the door each day. The one bathroom we're working in will be out of use until the job is done, so plan around that if it's your only full bath.
When can I call?

Do I need to buy the materials myself?
We order the tile, backer board, setting materials and plumbing fixtures for the job. You choose the finishes, and we have everything ready before work starts.
What if you find rot or bad plumbing during demo?
We stop and show you what we found. The written quote covers what we can see. If we open the wall and find a vent stack that needs replacing or a rotted joist, we price the fix separately before we do any extra work.
